Requirements: Each student athlete must...

Maintain a 2.0 cumulative grade point average
Have a current physical on file (signed by parent & notarized) as well as Birth Certificate
Purchase school insurance for $15, (Football requires an additional $42)
Insurance may be purchased through the Athletic Department
