About the Curriculum	Tools for Success: Preparing Students for Senior High School and Beyond is a document used for our incoming 9th graders in our Leadership course that is designed to be informational, developmental, project-based and include authentic assessment and real-world experience. The Sunshine State Standards (SSS), Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC), the Florida Comprehensive Assessment Test (FCAT) benchmarks, and the M-DCPS Division of Student Career Development Program (Senior High) are infused throughout the curriculum with six main goals.
