About the Curriculum
Goals
The goal of the Fine Arts Department is to provide each student with the opportunity for personal growth and development though the arts. Our objective is to inspire and stimulate the creative spirit as well as to develop an appreciation for the arts in students at all levels. Our programs are structured so that our students can develop their skills, develop their self expression, perform and pursue their passion for the arts to the post-secondary level.
Required Materials
Students and parents please note: all visual arts classes have materials fees which are due within the first week of a student’s enrollment in class. Check with your art teacher for details.
From the Dance Department
Dance Technique I-IV, Choreography and Performance are foundation dance classes focusing on techniques in Ballet, Jazz, Modern and World Dance. Dancers will also be educated in the fine art of dance etiquette. Students are asked to retain physical information as well as dance history, vocabulary, nutrition and finally, have a general understanding of the dance world around us.
Upcoming Projects and Dates

Where the spirit does not work with the hand there is no art.
